Do you provide disposable wares?

Disposable wares are not provided with the ala carte menu. However, customers may wish to purchase it from us. Prices are indicated on the menus. 

Alternatively, customers may choose to bring in their own disposables.  

Are you Halal-Certified?

No, our cafes are not Halal Certified. However, all our food supplies are sourced from Halal Certified suppliers. Customers can also be assured that we do not use Pork or Lard in our kitchens. As we have to serve alcohol to the other bowlers, as such,  we are not able to apply for Halal certificate for our outlets.

Serving size and portion are indicated on the menus. However, if you are looking to order for a kids' party, we would advise that 1 portion of finger food is good for 2-3 children.

Do you provide table setup and table warmers for the food ordered?

Table setup and table warmers will not be provided for food ordered from the ala carte menu. Food will be served on common plates only.  By common plate, we mean food will be put on a big plate for sharing. 

We may accommodate your request to serve your menu with table warmers and table setup, however please note that extra charges may apply. 

I did not find anything suitable for me in the menu.
Is it possible for me to bring in food & drinks from outside? 

Food & drinks are strictly not allowed in the bowling center.  Get in touch with us, we may be able to help customise a suitable menu for you. â€‹

Step 4: Sit back & relax, we  will get in touch with you within 1 working day (excluding public holidays and weekends). 

I have not heard from you for more than 24 hours. What should I do?

If you fail to hear from us after 1 day, please give us a call at 6100 6800. 

There are last minute changes to my event. Can I amend my order?

Changes must be made within 48 hours prior to the day of the event. A 30% penalty charge will be imposed for cancellation made less than 2 days prior to date of event.

Do you accept any last minute catering order?

Give us a call at 6100 6800 for any last minute orders. Items are subject to availability. Additional surcharge will be applicable.

What is your earliest delivery time?

Our earliest delivery time is at 9.30am. Delivery before 9.30m will be chargeable at S$50 (before GST) per order. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, our delivery may vary 30 minutes before or after the stated time. We seek your kind understanding as certain conditions are not within our control.

How can I make payment?

all payments can be made via Cash, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) or Cheque. Cheques must be crossed and made payable to "Appetizer Pte. Ltd." Customers may proceed to our Bistro Bowl cafe located inside the bowling center to make payment.
